Our Faster Britain plans give you the option of hyperfast broadband up to 1Gbps. They let you download a 5GB HD movie in as little as 40 seconds. Plus, we’ll never restrict your connection at peak times. So, when everyone is home and online or you’re using lots of devices, you’ll still enjoy a fast, stable connection. And as our plans are always unlimited, you can use your broadband as much as you like.

see how we compare…

At Yayzi Broadband we use full fibre technology that runs from the cabinet to your home and doesn’t lose speed no matter how far away you are.

This means you can get the most out of our unbelievably fast download speeds (and upload speeds) no matter how far you are from our cabinet and more people in the household can share the connection to do everything they love.

Our fastest widely available speeds are 14x* faster than BT and Sky and almost double the speed of Virgin Media

*Broadband speed calculations: The UK’s average broadband speeds are 67Mbps for downloads and 14Mbps for uploads, compared to Yayzi’s top average speed of 920Mbps which is achieved through a wired connection. Average speeds are taken from Ofcom’s ‘UK Home Broadband Performance’ report, May-20.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to give notice to my current provider?

Yeah, we don’t want them to keep charging you! Once you have an install date from us, give your old provider a quick bell to let them know you want to cancel your services. Most ask for 14 to 31 days’ notice, so we will be able to get you connected before your old services are switched off.

When will I get connected to Yayzi?

If Yayzi is already in your area, we can get you connected within 10 days – usually less. First up, you need to sign up for one of our packages and when you have, we’ll check that everything is good to go from our side. Then our installation team will contact you to book your appointment.

Installation appointments are morning or afternoon, Monday to Friday (even Saturday!) and we ask that someone over 18 will be in. On the day, the installation team will go through the steps to get you connected. Installs take about an hour in total but this might vary depending on how much work is needed for your property.

Will you have to drill through the walls of my property?

If Yayzi services haven’t been installed in the property before, we may have to do small amounts of drilling in order to feed our cable into the building. If you are unsure, we can arrange a pre-install engineer visit to take a look and discuss this with you in advance

How long does the installation take?

Generally speaking, we ask you to allow around two hours, but in most cases we get it done much sooner because we're just that good.

Do I need to pay for installation?

Standard installations are usually free of charge for all new customers.

If you have additional requirements (for example if you would like your Yayzi equipment installed in a specific room), please contact our Customer Service team on Live Chat or email us at support@yayzi.co.uk

Can I use my own router?

Yeah, you can replace the Yayzi provided router to one of your choice.

Be advised that for fault investigation purposes we may require you to re-connect your Yayzi router so do please keep it to hand

What is Faster Britain?

As the Government promises 100% Gigabit capability by 2025, Yayzi is playing a key role in this vision by building its Faster Britain network across the UK, working with its customers and partners to identify the right opportunities and locations to underpin the programme. By re-using existing infrastructure, Faster Britain builds can be deployed faster than the competition by minimising disruption through intrusive, and often prolonged, digs. A Faster Britain-enabled area will provide full fibre and access to ultrafast connectivity, supporting cloud-enabled and future proof technologies
