Do I need to give notice to my current provider?

Yeah, we don’t want them to keep charging you! Once you have an install date from us, give your old provider a quick bell to let them know you want to cancel your services. Most ask for 14 to 31 days’ notice, so we will be able to get you connected before your old services are switched off.

When will I get connected to Yayzi?

If Yayzi is already in your area, we can get you connected within 10 days – usually less. First up, you need to sign up for one of our packages and when you have, we’ll check that everything is good to go from our side. Then our installation team will contact you to book your appointment.

Installation appointments are morning or afternoon, Monday to Friday (even Saturday!) and we ask that someone over 18 will be in. On the day, the installation team will go through the steps to get you connected. Installs take about an hour in total but this might vary depending on how much work is needed for your property.

Will you have to drill through the walls of my property?

If Yayzi services haven’t been installed in the property before, we may have to do small amounts of drilling in order to feed our cable into the building. If you are unsure, we can arrange a pre-install engineer visit to take a look and discuss this with you in advance

How long does the installation take?

Generally speaking, we ask you to allow around two hours, but in most cases we get it done much sooner because we're just that good.

Do I need to pay for installation?

Standard installations are usually free of charge for all new customers.

Can I use my own router?

Yeah, you can replace the Yayzi provided router to one of your choice.

Be advised that for fault investigation purposes we may require you to re-connect your Yayzi router so do please keep it to hand
