It’s not all bad!!

I did a lot of research before I committed – Yayzi’s pre-sales was the best hands down. I never even thought to check Trustpilot. Ordered, got my cityfiber appt 10 days later on a Friday (went without a hitch and they were great with our new cats which was a real worry!). I already told them I didn’t need / want a router. Saturday I connected my equipment… NOTHING!! Went on live chat, and got a promise they’d sort it and it came on about Sun lunch. Download around 800meg, upload similar. Me and wife both work from home, so its amazing. New businesses have teething problems, I was there once. Yes, the reviews here are terrible, but I say give the underdog a chance!
