  • Yayzi uses fibre-optic technology to power internet upload speeds up to 25x faster than copper. With multiple users and devices at home, fibre home internet is the answer for getting the bandwidth and power you need to run lots of devices at the same time with less lag and buffering than copper.

  • Yeah, we don’t want them to keep charging you! Once you have an install date from us, give your old provider a quick bell to let them know you want to cancel your services. 

    Most ask for 14 to 31 days’ notice, so we will be able to get you connected before your old services are switched off.

  • If Yayzi is already in your area, we can get you connected within 6 days – usually less. 

    You'll be able to select from a list of available appointments. Installation appointments are morning or afternoon, Monday to Friday (even Saturday!) and we ask that someone over 18 will be in. 
     
    On that day, the installation team will go through the steps to get you connected. Installs take about an hour in total but this might vary depending on how much work is needed for your property.

  • If Yayzi services haven’t been installed in the property before, we may have to do small amounts of drilling in order to feed our cable into the building. 

     
    If you are unsure, we can arrange a pre-install engineer visit to take a look and discuss this with you in advance (cost for this is £90)
